These electronic registration pages follow the printed
registration form that was mailed to all IPA members in the 3rd quarter
issue of the IPA journal Phalaenopsis. The Main Directory
page is a color overview. The link "NEXT" in the lower right corner
then takes the user to the Registration Cost page. This page
provides the information on terms and pricing. The link "SCHEDULE OF
EVENTS" on the lower left, takes you to the itinerary Events page
with dates, times and functions. The link on the lower left of the
itinerary Events page takes you to the Registration page.
The link "NEXT" at the lower right of the Registration page will then
take you to a Confirmation page (this will only occur once the
required information fields on the registration page are filled out).
Once your reach the Confirmation page merely follow the instructions as
printed below.
At the current time the IPA is not set to accept
payments electronically so you must mail the registration form to the
registrar after your print it out and sign it. This is the same
practice used for online dues and other IPA events. The
online registration form provides a time and date stamp on the upper left
corner that provides the sequence for assigning the room subsidies.
The room subsidies are on a first come first serve basis. If you don't
want the subsidy, you may follow the online instructions or just mail
the completed and signed registration form enclosed in the third quarter
journal. To qualify for the room subsidy you must fill out the form
online, print out the a hard copy, and mail a signed copy to the registrar.
You must fill out the online form online in order to get the room subsidy
and mail the signed and completed form to the registrar as instructed at the
bottom of the form. The form has been verified by numerous members and
works, but the process must be followed as directed at each step of the
process.
When you reach the registration form you must fill in
each information box that pertains to your particular registration needs.
Once all the information is filled out and is correct, the "NEXT" button at
the lower right side of the registration form will take you to the
"Confirmation Form" for review of accuracy and corrections, if needed.
On the confirmation form you will need to fill out the
information onscreen regarding amount due and credit card information if
applicable. Once this information is typed in (we do need it typed
onscreen for legibility), merely click on the "PRINT THIS PAGE" button, sign
and mail. If you wish add another registrant, click on the "SUBMIT
ANOTHER REGISTRATION" button and repeat the process. Once you are
completed, click on the "RETURN TO DIRECTORY" button if you wish to return
to the main IPA web page.
